pg 8 - may be good to clarify right on the strength entry that it affects melee specifically, and note that it is important for fighters, dwarves, etc.
pg 9 - prime requisite table is like normal b/x, but the class entries make no mention of what happens if you have poor prime requisite attributes. I feel the lack of clarification on the class descriptions may lead to confusion for newcomers. Maybe ditch xp penalties for low prime requisites altogether?
pg 26 - add dividing line between the left half and right half of the 'Animals, Land, and Water Transport" table
pg 75 - maybe rename the combat phase to just 'spells' and mention saving throws in its description.
pg 77 - might be intentionally ambiguous, but oil flasks aren't clear on whether they do 1d8 damage divided between two rounds, or 1d8 damage per round for two rounds.
pg 85+ - if possible, for monster tables add To-Hit bonuses to each monster entry. THAC0-using DMs will need the table anyway but that's not quite necessary for AAC-using DMs. Perhaps merge AAC and DAC columns into one and/or condense alignment into just a single letter.
132 - potion of heroism table should be moved up 1 line
139 - unclear what is meant by 'fraction of a minute' with relation to the cube of force, and unclear that the cube surrounds the user
168 - sample map should perhaps have more tie in between demihumans and the languages they can speak e.g. more emphasis on the dwarfish struggle against kobolds and goblins, rather than orcs.
